
Ingredients
1 heaped cup (7 ounces / 200 grams) quartered hulled strawberries
1 tablespoon almond powder (also known as almond flour) or finely ground almonds (6 1/2 grams)
1 drop almond extract
½ ripe banana
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon honey
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, with ice cubes if desired, and blend at high speed until smooth.
